SpineServ offers all relevant testing procedures, which apply to spinal implants.

Testing includes:

• static and dynamic testing
• fatigue testing
• wear testing according to standards (ASTM / ISO)
• or following individual testing procedures

Wear testing

SpineServ has a growing number of static and dynamic testing machines as well as an MTS Spine Wear Simulator for multi-axial, multi-station tribological testing of spinal arthroplasty implants.

Accreditation

SpineServ is accredited by "Zentralstelle der Länder für Gesundheitsschutz bei Arzneimitteln und Medizinprodukten" (ZLG-P-351.08.09) according to 93/42/EWG and DIN EN ISO/EC 17025, which is an accreditation accepted by the FDA (www.zlg.de).

Extension of our ZLG recognition for further ASTM and ISO standard test methods for spinal implants, hip and knee joint replacements (recognized and accredited test laboratories www.zlg.de/...).
